Taryn Surdy MA, LMFT Owner/Therapist

Primary Duties

  • Completing a mental health diagnostic assessment on new patients to determine their needs and appropriate treatment.

  • Providing high-quality ongoing therapy to patients, employing effective, compassionate, and creative treatment interventions tailored to the individual patient’s needs.

  • Maintaining, completing, and organizing outpatient health records to ensure accurate patient care documentation.

  • Maintaining Continuing Education Unit (CEU) requirements for licensure to ensure up-to-date practice in line with current standards and regulations.

Compensation Models

  • Salaried with quota hours: 20-25 hrs/wk ranging from $45,000-$85,000

  • Split: 70/30

    • Employees would keep 70% of their earnings, and the company would hold 30% to cover overhead costs such as office, utilities, and administration.

  • Office/Admin rental: We offer the opportunity to run your practice out of our office space, utilizing our billing/admin team. The flat monthly charge is $1200.
